Sanfordville students, families and staff donate Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets to our community. Mrs. Leigh's 3rd grade class presented a "Thanksgiving Poetry Reading" for their families. Well done!! Mrs. Mezzitti & Mrs. Kurg's 2nd graders welcome their families to a "Thankful Tea". Students shared their writing about who they are thankful for!

Ms. Braxton was an educational leader during her 28 years at the Warwick School District and one of the founding members of the Partners in Education (PIE) Program. While teaching, Beverly created engaging educational projects that fueled the love of learning in herself and her students. She grew to love multiage education, became skillful at addressing the needs and interests of her students, and valued the richness that parent and community involvement brought to her classroom. Students collected food items as they trick-o-treated on Halloween. Thank you to all the SES families that participated and thank you to Jamie Munkatchy for coordinating the Halloween for a cause program. It was a great success and a great learning opportunity for the students.
On the November 3rd conference day for teachers, the district welcomed TEDx educational speaker, Grant Lichtman to Warwick. Grant presented an inspirational workshop challenging teachers and administrators to "think big", as they create classroom that support "deeper learning"!
